You agree to this Terms of Service (“Terms”) agreement when purchasing from the Botropix Store at the URL: http://botropix.com and its relevant links and payment systems (“Botropix Store“) which is operated by Intensia Pty Ltd (“Intensia“, “us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

The parties agree that Intensia Pty Ltd will process credit card information using 128-bit SSL encryption and ensure that your personal information, including credit card information and address is protected using the highest standard in online security.
Payment Systems
Intensia uses Stripe and PayPal to process payments. The parties agree that when you make a purchase of a Botropix product, your information will only be sent to those third-party payment systems, for the puposes of processing your payment.
Return Policy
In the event of non-delivery, or you have a damaged item, you are entitled to choose to have a refund or a new item. New items and refunds will be processed within 7 days. If you have a damaged item, you must take a photo of the damage and send it to: admin@botropix.com
Account Information
If you create an account when purchasing from us, you agree and warrant that the information is true, correct and complete.
You agree not to provide anyone to else access to your account, nor enable anyone else to access to your account login information and agree to ensure that information remains confidential to you.
